| "A razor sharp work of art!" |

"I've dealt with many knives over the years, but this is my first Global. First off, the appearance/finish of this knife is second to none, it almost looks too good to cut with. As for performance, this is the sharpest kitchen knife I've ever used, hands down! It cuts through veggies effortlessly with such smooth precision. It's safe to say that the Henckel's aren't going to be getting much use anymore, since I now plan to piece together a nice set of Global knives."
