"One of my favorite knives." Date: 8/23/2007
"Holds an edge very well. Light weight. Two things I'm not crazy about but can live with, the handle could be thicker and the edges on the top of the blade are kind of sharp. I notice that when I have my finger on the top of the blade to bear down on something hard I have cut my finger."

"Worth far more than the cost!" Date: 6/24/2007
"I absolutely love this knife! I wish I would have learned about the Wasabi line before I bought my other knives, because I'd have all Wasabi knives if I would of."

"Kershaw knife" Date: 8/24/2006
"Sadly I had to send it back and I am waiting for a refund. Even though it seemed to be sharp, it would hardly even cut a tomato - and with the things it did cut, it dragged on the way through and required more force than you would think necessary. I should have known better - I have never found a stainless steel knife that compared with a rustable old carbon steel one. So I'm still looking for a decent vegetable knife to replace the one I bought 20 years ago for $6 at a Japanese hardware store in L.A. That was the best kitchen knife I ever had."

"Great value" Date: 12/8/2005
"I ordered one of these to try out the kershaw brand (before spending more for the Shun line). This thing was razor sharp right out of the box and cuts vegetables effortlessly. I cooked with a friend this weekend and he couldn't get over the ease with which this knife cuts. I expect that it will retain a permanent (and prominent) place in my kitchen."
