| "Worst packing" |

"Bought 12 glasses, 6 glasses to a package. The two packages were shipped in a box filled with packing material, but no one thought to protect each glass. Upon arrival, all but 3 of the glasses were smashed, having bumped up against each other during the entire trip to my home."
