"This purchase was a replacement hot water dispenser. I have purchased at least 4 in the past 10 years. We have hard water and I bought it specifically for the 3 year in home warranty. Once you have instant hot water you really can't live without it. I use it every day."

"The product is as advertised. Quality instant hot water faucet with very simply installation. I'm no plumber, but is you're water lines in kitchen have shut-off valves, the task is quite easy. I installed the faucet in 15 minutes! [...]"
