"Right out of the box it didn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Date: 4/15/2007
"It draws more current than the old tank water heater and trips the breaker. There is an option to turn down the power/heat. The water never gets above 90 degrees. Useless Usless Useless!!!!!!!!!!!"
