"Who knew that Amazon would have this. I searched many web sites and stores to come up with nothing other than freezers that were very expensive at laboratoy appliance web sites. Then I thought why not see if Amazon had them, they did and for a very resonable price. The complete transaction went smooth as silk. It was dropped at our front door in about 4 days and I did not pay for expidited shipping. The shipping fee was nominal, the very funtional features and the low energy bill it requires to operate it made this the perfect purchase. I wanted a freezer that was accessable from the front but only counter height, so as to access the built in cupboard, above the freezer, in our 1880 home. This freezer fit the bill perfectly and I didn't have to compromise with the inconvenience of a chest style freezer. The only feature I would have liked for it to have was for it to be automatically defrosting, but I just now had to defrost it after 3 months...4 times a year is not bad. Thank you Amazon...you are not just books anymore!"

"Well, I've had this freezer for a little under one month, but if it continues performing the way it is right now, I can definitely say this is a five-star product. It's a convenient size in that it holds a lot of freezer food, but doesn't take up so much space that you feel like bashing your face into it out of claustrophobic frustration. I'm currently renting out an upstairs room in someone's house, and this freezer fits nicely in the corner where I put my toaster oven. It's great, because my massive inventory of freezer food isn't taking up anyone else's space, and it sure as hell ain't getting butchered in anyone else's grubby outdated fridge. That's what I love the most about this thing. It actually WORKS. No sign of re-frozen melted food, spoiled food, or condensation on my food. Just plain old... frozen food. The way it's meant to be. Oh, I would just like to mention, as another reviewer did, the condition of my freezer when it showed up on my doorstep. Nothing too major, but there is a gash on the right side. It's at least an inch long and two centimeters deep. Kind of disheartening to receive a new product that is already damaged, even if it's not actually affecting the performance of said product. Guess you have to take that risk if you insist on having items shipped to you by other hands..."

"The freezer itself is a nice product,perfect for our use and well priced. The product was received with slight damage to it however - a small dent on the back right side panel and the metal trim pice on one of the inner shelves was compressed on one end. Not enough for us to deal with a return, but I was disappointed that it arrived damaged at all."
