| "Great Knife!" |

"Is the right weight, length, and is amazingly sharp. Now I understand when a chef (Emeril)says that sharp knives are safer. You don't have to struggle or pre-pierce items like tomatoes to slice them very thinly. We have purchased seven knives from this collection and like every one of them."
