The Bullard MB30* respirator is perfect for light-duty blast applications in well-ventilated areas. The lightweight hood comes standard with the electric air pump and breathing line. Provides excellent respiratory protection for painting, glass etching, monument blasting, automotive and aircraft restoration and architectural paint removal. Extended viewing window provides peripheral vision. Hood cape protects operator from abrasive rebound. Not to be used with mineral or ferrous abrasives.*Warning: Breathing dust from silica sand may cause silicosis, a fatal lung disease. Breathing dust during blasting operations may also cause asbestosis, lead poisoning and/or other serious or fatal diseases. A NIOSH-approved, well-maintained supplied-air abrasive blasting respirator must be used by anyone blasting, anyone handling or using the abrasive and anyone in the area of the dust. Harmful dust containing toxic material from abrasive or material being blasted (asbestos, lead paint, heavy metal paint and other toxins) can remain suspended in the air for long periods of time after blasting has ceased causing death or serious injury. Follow all applicable OSHA standards. OSHA Regulation 1910.134. If you have any questions regarding this or any OSHA Standard, contact OSHA directly. *Warning: MB30 supplied-air respirators are approved by MSHA/NIOSH (TC-19C-314 Types C & CE). If the MB30 is used for abrasive blasting, it should only be used for occasional, light duty, outdoor blasting with non-mineral abrasives such as baking soda, wheat starch, plastic bead, corn cob, and walnut shell. Use of this product in applications that involve the use of mineral or ferrous abrasives is prohibited. Failure to observe this warning may result in death or serious injury.+Warning: Supplied-air respirators used with this pump must be NIOSH approved at 15 PSI or less.Complete Kit IncludesBullard MB30* Supplied-Air RespiratorMSHA/NIO
